Description
This well known Jamaican dish called Curry Goat or Mutton is meat seasoned to perfection with an array of spices and seasonings. Starting with scallion, garlic, ginger, thyme, onions, scotch bonnet pepper and curry powder. Slowly cooked until the
meat is tender (shredded) and the sauce is thick and creamy. We then add carrots and Irish Potato before serving.
